Is it safe to order online?  Yes.  When you use your credit card to shop at Pistol Safes Pro, your transaction is secure.  Your privacy is protected.  Our servers use the most advanced encryption technology that safeguards your personal information.

What types of payments do you accept?  Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover and Paypal.

Will I be charged sales tax?  We are required to charge sales tax for any delivery in the state of Georgia.

Can I ship an order to an address different than my billing address?   Yes.

GunVault Product Questions

I can't  program my GunVault:  Disconnect your pistol safe's battery tray for 30 seconds and program again.

I hear a click when I enter my code:  Your batteries need to be replaced.  We recommend Duracell.

My new GunVault is missing the Battery Tray:  The Battery Tray for your pistol safe is pre-installed inside on the ceiling of the GunVault.  Reach inside and find the far end of the ceiling foam.  Pinch the far end and carefully pull it part of the way out of the unit. DO NOT TEAR IT LOOSE.   Please note for the Biometric Pistol safes  - These do not have a battery tray but have a 9 volt battery.  These are installed on the inside of the ceiling of  the GunVault.  Procedure to find is the same.

My brand new GunVault door will not open:  Place the unit on a flat surface, turn the key and hit the top side of the safe with your palm.  In rare occasions you may have to use a flat head screw driver by placing the head between the body of the unit and the door. 

How long can I make my code:  The code has a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of six (6) entries.  For each entry you have the option of 1,2,3,or 4 finger presses simultaneously.  You do not have to code the Bio-Metric units which use a finger print template.

My keys don't open my GunVault:  The key number on the keys and the number of the lock must match and make sure the cylinder key is inserted all the way in.

I can't find my Serial Number:  You will find the Serial Number under the foam material on the floor of your pistol safe.

I want to program multiple users into my GunVault:  Only the Bio-Metric fingerprint pistol safes can be programmed for up to 30 enrolled fingerprints.  The electronic units can be programmed for one (1) user.

How long should the batteries last:  Batteries last nine (9) months to one (1) year.  We recomennd Duracell batteries.  Extreme heat or cold could shorten battery life.

Can I send my GunVault pistol safe in for repairs:   Unfortunately, no repairs are currently being made.  Any GunVault returned without an Authorization Number  is returned to sender or destroyed.  Please refer to our Refund Policy link.
