Return Policy

Defective Products

Although rare, should you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email to sales@pistolsafespro.com within 10 days of receipt and we will provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise authorization#) and instructions on how and where to return the defective product.  Once the defective product has been received we will provide you with a 100%  refund or exchange,  Defective items returned without an RMA# or shipped to the wrong address will not be accepted.  Defective items cannot be returned after 10 days of receipt. After that you must file a warranty claim with the Manufacturer.

Products Damaged During Shipping

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately by email to sales@pistolsafespro.com and we will give you instructions on the method of returning at no cost to you.  Upon receipt of the package you will be sent a replacement, or refund at your option.

Wrong Items Delivered

Our customer service dept. and shipping are in constant communication with one another to ensure that the products we ship to you are the products you ordered.  However if you discover that the product you ordered is a different model please contact us immediately by email to sales@pistolsafespro.com.  We will get back with you with instructions to return the item, a Return Merchandise Authorization# and include a return receipt for shipping.  Once the incorrect item is returned, the correct item will be shipped back out.

All Other Returns - 30 day Money Back Guarantee

Returns that are not covered by the above return policies are covered by our 30 day Money Back Guarantee.  If, for any reason you are not satisfied with any product that you purchased from us you may return it back to us within 30 days of sale for a refund, less shipping and handling, provided:

  1. The product you return is received in "new" condition, including all original packaging and manuals.
  2. The return label of the product that you return is clearly marked with the return merchandise authorization # provided to you - please contact us at sales@pistolsafespro.com -

Returns that do not meet all of the criteria listed above  will not be accepted.  Shipping costs (including any shipping costs incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion are not refundable.  The method of payment of refunds will be the same as method of payment of the original purchase.
